Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, ensure the item is in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll assess the issue and take corrective action.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised items, and personal care goods. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us for specific item concerns. Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For a swift exchange, return the original item. Upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
